INSIG sold to American Reserve Life Insurance for Euro 25 million

American Reserve Life Insurance brought on Tuesday Albanian state controlled insurance company INSIG for Euro 25 million, - Ministry of Finance of Albania said in a press release. ARL won a open bid for the privatization of 61% of INSIG, by offering Eur 25 million. The rest of the shares is owned by International Financial Corporation, IFC, and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD.
